At ACHEMA 2022, our heart of the efficient filling process is, as usual, the CHUB Form-, Fill- and Seal system with vertical, continuous and weight-accurate filling at up to 160 cycles per minute and filling weights of up to 2 kg/unit. This includes the use of an inexpensive flat film and round wire to reduce unit costs.
In addition, we will appreciate to discuss various individualisation options that will satisfy your customers as well as enable cost savings in your own production process:
• Individualisation: Automatic Detonation Cord Placement (2 work steps integrated in the filling process) when filling explosives emulsions. The electrical cabinet adaptation is carried out in accordance with ATEX and in consideration of various safety restrictions.
• Cost Savings on PUR Hot Melt Filling by reduced packaging material. Filling with clip closure in accordance with elemination of air inclusions in the product. The subsequent continuous cooling of the products results in significantly shorter production times.
• Development of Pilot Systems for e.g. Automated Polymerisation Processes. We convert your product requirements into a technically / technologically optimal packaging solution. This allows you to test recipe variants or even produce small quantities automatically.
