Das Vermee-K\u00fchlsystem ist seit Jahrzehnten \u201eState-of-the-Art\u201c: volle Prozesskontrolle bei kostenreduzierter und automatisierter Produktion. Dies ist sowohl f\u00fcr Massenproduktionen zwischen 600kg\/h \u2013 2.500kg\/h, Erstproduktionen mit pr\u00e4zisen Produkten (nach manueller Bearbeitung mit Silikonpapier) als auch f\u00fcr Spezialanlagen zur Produktentwicklung (z.B. in Entwicklungslaboren) mit max. 50kg\/h m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Das automatisierte K\u00fchlsystem transportiert, nach der Abf\u00fcllung durch eine hotmelt Verpackungsmaschine, im kontrollierten Wasserstrom hei\u00dfe Produktbeutel ( hotmelt pouches) innerhalb von ca. 40 Minuten (abh\u00e4ngig von der Abf\u00fclltemperatur) zum Austrag, wo sie gek\u00fchlt endverpackt werden k\u00f6nnen (ohne platzraubende K\u00fchlfl\u00e4chen).
