Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Kerntemperaturen von bis zu 125\u00b0C erreicht werden. Nach der Sterilisation und dem Abk\u00fchlprozess ist eine Reinigung und gleichzeitig eine Nachschrumpfung des Produkts erforderlich. Dies wird \u00fcblicherweise mit ca. 96\u00b0C hei\u00dfem Wasser durchgef\u00fchrt. Ein so behandeltes Produkt erreicht eine Haltbarkeit von etwa 6 Monaten. Bei Bedarf k\u00f6nnen auch Hei\u00dfabf\u00fcllungen durchgef\u00fchrt werden, bei denen das Produkt eine Temperatur von ca. 85\u00b0C aufweist.<\/p>\n
