Often, existing production lines can only provide limited space for new systems. When powerful cooling systems are still required, highly individualized shapes can be developed and built.
\nFor example, for a food producer who needed to cool 1.3 tons per hour of product in 750g bags from 80\u00b0C to 23\u00b0C on an area of about 15 sqm. The space-saving design was constructed in a two-step process. The initial production volume of about 800 kg\/h was realized at ground level with a cooling system and underwater conveyor belt.
\nTen months later, in a second step, an additional level was inserted above the first structure on a steel frame, effectively doubling the cooling capacity.
