As your solution-oriented partner, you will find a few highlights of our individualized packaging technologies from projects 2021 enclosed:
1. Automated cooling systems:
a) Space-saving cooling system for 50kg hot glue production per hour for customer product development with extruder technology as part of an EU-funded cooperation project; expansion to mass production is possible on a modular basis.
b) Time-saving cooling system for hot-filled large containers in pouches (sauces, dips, etc.) as well as sausages for pet food (from 85°C-4°C) in the food industry.
2. Development of a pilot plant to accompany a product launch in the chemical sector: filling of oxygen-free pouches as well as cooling of the generated heat, resulting from a novel application process.
3. CHUB Technology (vertical form fill and seal machine):
a) 2-component system in mining for extra long soft dowels
b) external sausage loops for smoked goods with the use of cost-effective and sustainable cellophane film
c) integrated detonating cord for explosive packs with international explosion protection requirements
d) rent of an individualized test system for product development of a new type of products
Of course, we are also working on new developments in parallel. We will present these to you at various trade fairs in the course of 2022. Visit us at the Anuga Food-Tech in Cologne (26.04.-29.04.22, Hall 6) or the Achema in Frankfurt (22.-26.08.22, Hall 3.1). There or also by phone in advance we will be happy to exchange ideas with you on new projects or considerations regarding individualized packaging technologies for pumpable products, plant additives, product after-treatment (cooling, pressure treatment, etc.) or other innovative technologies/pilot projects.
