Packaging of finished products

Almost all pumpable ready meals can be processed with the Chub packaging machine, e.g:
Pasta dishes: Spaghetti Bolognese or other types of pasta mixed with sauces.
Sauces: Bernaise sauce, basic sauces for meat sauces, etc.
Soups: thickened soups and cream soups such as pea, lentil, vegetable, celery or chicken soup.
Puree: potato, pea and chestnut puree or polenta (corn puree).

Almost all types of ready meals can be easily packaged with our clip and Chub machines. From pasta dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese or other pasta variations with sauces to sauces (Bernaise sauce or basic sauces for meat sauces), bound soups and cream soups such as pea, lentil, vegetable, celery or chicken soup to purees such as potato, pea and chestnut puree or polenta (corn puree) – our packaging systems are ideally suited for a wide range of applications.

The integration of vacuum fillers or mono pumps in combination with our packaging systems ensures a smooth packaging process. This enables continuous product feeding without pre-portioning. Our packaging systems dose precisely and ensure that the packaging is filled evenly.

Depending on the type of film, the products can be thermally treated after the packaging process, for example in an autoclave. This ensures a longer shelf life without refrigeration. To ensure an attractive appearance of the packaged products, they can be cleaned and re-shrunk after the cooking and cooling process. This is done, for example, by water treatment at a suitable temperature to obtain a smooth and appealing product.
